8 Keuntungan Investasi Property

Bagaimana rekan2 semua apa sudah tertarik untuk invest di properti?? he he he.. Melanjutkan Artikel sebelumnya yaitu 'Kenapa Harus Property?' disini saya akan menjelaskan beberapa keuntungan dari investasi properti. Langsung saja biar tidak banyak basa-basi :) ada 8 keuntungan yang akan kita dapatkan dari investasi properti antara lain:

1. Harga properti cenderung selalu naik, bahkan bila anda jeli mendapatkan lokasi yang bagus, nilainya bisa berlipat-lipat bila dijual kembali, seperti yang saya bahas dalam artikel sebelumnya.
2. Nilai pertumbuhan aset properti biasanya diatas angka inflasi yang terjadi. 
3. Dapat dijadikan agunan untuk pinjaman dana ke bank atau pihak lainnya. Misalkan saja untuk kredit usaha atau kredit perumahan yang bisa digunakan untuk membeli properti lainnya.
4. Dapat menghasilkan passive income (Penghasilan tanpa harus bekerja) dengan  cara disewakan atau dikontrakkan. Harga sewa properti ini pun bervariasi, berkisar antara 3%-5% per tahun dari harga properti (dalam hal ini rumah tinggal).
5. Beli properti tidak harus selalu cash (tunai) tapi bisa membeli properti dengan cara kredit (angsuran), misalkan KPR seperti pada poin 3.
6. Bunga pinjaman untuk pembelian rumah biasanya lebih murah daripada bunga untuk pinjaman usaha atau bunga kartu kredit.
7. Membeli properti tidak harus menggunakan uang sendiri. Anda bisa membeli rumah tanpa modal sendiri alias menggunakan uang orang lain. Hmm... mungkin ini akan saya bahas di lain waktu dalam artikel tersendiri.
8. Dengan sedikit merenovasi, harga properti bisa naik melebihi biaya yang kita keluarkan. Misalnya kita mengubah cat dinding rumah atau menambahkan sentuhan artistik, hal itu bisa menaikkan nilai properti kita karena terlihat lebih bagus. (sumber http://butuhtips.com)

How you guys all, have you interested to invest in property? :) Continuing the previous article 'Why Property?" here I will explain some of the profits from property investment. Immediately, though not much further ado :) there are 8 benefits we will get from property investment: 1. Property prices tend to rise, even if you're observant get a good location, could be  worth many times more if sold back, as I discussed in previous articles. 2. Kenapa Harus Property??

Pada postingan kali ini saya akan membahas mengenai alasan mengapa kita memilih investasi pada properti.(Postingan yang sepertinya terlambat :p). Seperti yang kita ketahui ada banyak instrumen investasi yang ada, seperti saham, deposito, reksadana, logam mulia, dan properti. Dan mengapa kita memilih properti??

Seperti yang kita ketahui, menurut hukum ekonomi jika permintaan bertambah sedangkan penawaran tetap, maka harga akan cenderung naik. Dalam hal ini, jika kita misalkan jumlah penduduk adalah permintaan, sedangkan jumlah lahan adalah penawaran... kira-kira, jumlah penduduk Indonesia akan menurun atau terus meningkat? (Tentunya setiap orang ingin memiliki rumah bukan?) Sedangkan bagaimana dengan jumlah lahan yang tersedia? Jumlahnya adalah tetap. Karena belum ditemukan adanya pabrik  produksi tanah, mungkin..:) Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar selalu meningkatnya nilai properti, bahkan ada yang mengatakan nilainya meningkat 100% tiap 5 tahun (Property Cash Machine)

Why Property??

 

In this post I will discuss about the reasons why we choose to invest in property. (Postings which seems a little too late :p). As we know there are many investment instruments available, such as stocks, deposits, mutual funds, precious metals, and property. And why do we choose property?

As we know, according to economic laws if demand increases while supply remains the same, then prices will tend to rise. In this case, if we suppose that the population is the demand, while the amount of land is supply... approximately, the number of Indonesia's population will decline or continue to rise? (Of course, everyone wants to own a house isn't it?) Meanwhile, what about the amount of available land? The amount is fixed. Because there is no plant that produce land, right?? .. :) This is the basis why the property values is always rising​​, and some even say its value has increased 100% every 5 years (Source:Property Cash Machine)
